Organic, gluten-free, vegan, raw, local and seasonal. We love the pretty promises of the chef of 42 Degrees, Fabien Borgel, whose tasty menu has not finished delighting the palates of his customers. On the menu : Portobello mushroom burger, vegetable lasagna with walnuts or raw bruschetta with eggplant, followed by a strawberry or raw cocoa with ice cream. Amazing. Delicious.
The restaurant also offers cooking workshops to learn the basics (simpler than you may think) of a healthy and nutritious raw and vegan cuisine, and delicious recipes from the chef and naturopath Pascale Migotto. A workshop that you can offer thanks to their gift cards, bookable online. You will also be able to buy food on their online grocery store and order their faux-gras (vegan "foie gras"), vegetable chips or fresh frawmage (vegan cheese).
